By accessing or using the Modular Market website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Modular Market is an online marketplace that connects UK buyers with suppliers of portable and modular site buildings — including offices, welfare units, toilets and containers — for hire or purchase.

We are an introducer. We do not own, manufacture, sell or hire the buildings listed on the Service. Each transaction is between the buyer and the supplier directly, subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions.

When you submit an enquiry we review it and forward the details to the supplier best matched to your requirements. The supplier will contact you directly with a quote or further questions.

You remain free to contact any supplier independently outside of the Service. By submitting an enquiry through Modular Market, you acknowledge that we may receive a commission or referral fee from the supplier on any resulting transaction.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in enquiries.
• Carry out your own due diligence on suppliers, products and quotes.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including planning, health and safety, and site regulations.
• Not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.

All content on the Service — including text, images, logos and software — is owned by Modular Market or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that listings, prices or specifications are accurate or current, and we are not responsible for any transaction between you and a supplier.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modular Market's total liability arising from use of the Service is limited to any commission we received from the relevant transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
